Do I need a card to signup?

No credit card required to start your free trial. Just simply create your account and start your free trial. If after 14 days you decide you would like to keep your site, just enter your billing info and choose the plan that best fits your needs.

Can I cancel at anytime?

You can cancel at any time, there are no contracts. When you cancel your account your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period. Fluid Folio does not offer refunds.

How do I choose a yearly plan

After you start your free trial you'll have the option from your site dashboard to choose a yearly plan.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club.

Can I have my own professional email address?

Absolutely. With your paid subscription you can create a myname@mydomain.com email address. You can also create email forwards to send your email to another address, ex. gmail account. You can do all this right from your site dashboard.

How do I get a free domain name?

As soon as you activate your subscription and enter your billing info you will have the option to register a new domain name from your site dashboard. You will also be able to link an existing domain that you already own to your site.

Do you provide customer support?

Absolutely! We're here to help you with any questions you have. You can open a support request directly from your site dashboard or email us at support@fluidfolio.com.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes, you can switch plans at any time. We will prorate the difference between the old and new plan so you are billed fairly. In the case of downgrading, a credit will be applied to your Fluid Folio account which will be used to pay future payments.

I'm sold, can I skip the trial and set-up my site with my domain name?

Awesome, we're glad to have you on-board. You can activate your subscription immediately after signing up for the free trial by choosing a plan and entering your billing info. All paid features will immediately be available.
